Intro to Rep Skills (Ages 6 – 9)

Our Intro to Rep Skills program sessions are run by Ryan Campbell. Each session is 1 hour in length and addresses the needs of emerging Initiation players and those entering Atom who are starting to display stronger skills than their peers and separating themselves from the pack. At this point, these players are ready to be introduced to a higher level of development and training.

Intro to Rep Skills emphasizes efficient skating mechanics, more powerful stride, edge control, smooth transitions, quick feet, puck control, stick-handling, puck protection, giving and receiving passes (at higher speeds). They will also work at starting to build better balance, stamina, agility, speed, and power.
